If you have never used the Lectio 365 prayer app we would like to bring it to your attention. Currently there is a morning and evening prayer rhythm. On January 1st a noon time prayer will be added.
WE are currently inviting individuals and churches to adopt one of the 75 schools in the county as their prayer school. The ask is that you have at least two people each week pray for the school and that you prayer walk around the school once a month. Send us an e-mail if you would like to adopt a school.
Keep watching here for information regarding our annual week of unbroken prayer. We will have a sign up sheet here in early January for a week of day and night prayer fro Frederick. Last year we had 168 prayer slots filled by people from over 20 different churches. Prayer makes a difference.
Everyday for two months now, men have been praying at the prayer house every morning at 6:30 am. Come join the movement.
Who: Anyone is welcome, but the focus is on men fulfilling their call from I Timothy 2:8, “Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing.” What: We pray for our families, for the city, our county, country, and for the nations. Come experience prayer with other men who are leaning into God’s heart. Whether you can come for all of the time or part of the time, come.
Every Friday morning we step out into the city from the prayer house and walk the streets of Frederick in prayer. Join us any Friday morning at 8:30 am.
